I was born between two shores and learned not to choose between them.
For more than two decades, Abderrahim Ouadrassi has worked in the space where Europe and Africa need each other, observe each other and sometimes misunderstand each other.
He has founded and led hospitality and service businesses between Spain and Morocco. He chairs Fundación EuroÁfrica, has published Africalización and Protecting Your Dream, and has developed a body of writing on leadership, business, geopolitics and the Mediterranean.
As an executive coach, he accompanies senior leaders and organisations at moments when deciding well matters more than deciding fast.
